Located on the top of town in K'Road, this food stall serves up utterly authentic and delicious Hong Kong style BBQ, and other rice and noodle dishes cooked with lots of "essence" from the wok. Their menu is very expansive, and contains many HK favourites commonly found in "cafe style street food" stalls. I highly recommend their "shrimp paste with crispy-skinned pork belly" fried rice, it may sound odd but trust me, your taste bud will be rewarded with something special. The beef fried rice noodle (dry) is another HK signature dish, along with the Singaporean style fried vermicelli. If you prefer something "lighter", they also have the won-ton noodle soup and various rice porridges/congee. Of course, their HK-style BBQ meats such as roasted duck, BBQ pork fillet (char-siu), crispy skinned pork belly (siu-yuk) are done nicely too, and makes for a delicious meal on rice. You get a lot of value for your money too, with most dishes costing less than $10 per plate, and will definately fill you up. Service is excellent, with the servers taking your order at the till with a friendly smile and will bring your plate out to you when they're done (which normally takes around 5-10 minutes time). I have visited here on many occations while in this part of town and boy, do they bring back memories and reminds me of the streets of Hong Kong. So if you are in the area for some Chinese/HK style cuisine, drop by and order a plate, and you won't be disappointed.
