When we went to YMCA in 2003 we could not afford the more expensive gyms, well we were soon to find out that we had the best, that is in terms of commitment to the customer, every day the staff say good morning with a smile and compliment me on my progress, things like, you're looking good, well done, etc.

    I come here on Thursday night - its ‘Ladies Night’ and costs $5. I really enjoy the classes run by Salma. Fully equipped gym, with all the machines, squash courts and fitness rooms.

      Salma’s classes on Thursday nights are awesome!

        They have everything you need to get fit, tone up and feel great. Its clean ( the toilet were good!) and nice. Also has a female only area for those of you who don't feel comfortable in public..  Full sized indoor stadium.  International squash courts.  Full range of adults & kids classes & programmes. Take that first step towards better health .....Check it out today!
