This review has been a long time coming. I chose to have Sue as my midwife for both of my babies, she was absolutely amazing through both pregnancies and labours. The first, I had a high risk labour due to GD but Sue was so calming, I was able to birth naturally with no Doctor intervention at all. The second pregnancy was nothing less than a miracle, Sue sent me for an extra test during my scan and if it hadn't been for Sue's intuition, my Son would have been born at 21weeks! Thankfully it was picked up in the nick of time and after a few stitches, I carried him to term. Sue is so gentle and kind but she certainly knows when she needs to be strong, she helped me pull myself together during my last, very quick (75minute) labour, when I was ready to pack up and go home. Sue was my rock and I feel so blessed to have had her as my midwife. Thank you Sue from the bottom of my heart. Jacinda.

I have been cared for by the team at Manna Midwives before/during/after the birth of my three girls, (Zoe 3years, Isla 21months, Jordan-Lee 5weeks) with my LMC being Sue den Hartog. Sue has a lovely calm manner about her and always has smile for you when you see her. She was very respectful of our beliefs and the choices we had made, and worked with us to ensure the safe arrival of our babies. Both my Husband and I are eternally grateful to Sue for helping bring our daughters into our lives. Special mention to Kaylene, Deejay and Natalie - who also worked alongside Sue while we were in her care. Would definately recommend Manna Midwives to anyone looking for awesome Maternity care with that personal touch :) Forever in our hearts! xo

Julie Wharton looked after me with my first baby and is now looking after me again with number 2 :) Julie was very gentle and supportive all the way through my pregnancy. I was able to have a natural birth as planned and her after care was fantastic. I think what is most pronounced in my memory is the regular visits after baby was born, the quick response whenever we had concerns (as you do as a brand new parent!) and just knowing that she was there to help us was great. Sue another Midwife at Manna Midwives really helped me. She popped in to see me while still in hospital and having problems getting my daughter to latch. Sue showed me another technique and it was so easy after that. I highly recommend Manna Midwives.
