Maraetai Reserve can be started at either end of the walkway, at Maraetai Park, off Maraetai Drive or from the end of Second View Ave in Beachlands.

Walkway connects the settlements of Beachlands and Maraetai, has significant Maori & European history and boasts an array of interesting flora and fauna. Views of Waiheke Island, the Hauraki Gulf & Coromandel Peninsula can be seen here.

This is an area where families can enjoy the wonderful coastline & dogs can be excerised, leashed or unleashed. The walk takes around 90 minutes to complete.
