  I'd just like to thank you again for the extra-ordinary effort you and your team went to in order to have my father’s memorial in place prior to his internment. We particularly appreciated you coming back to your offices to meet us late on the Saturday afternoon, and that you all worked Sunday and late into the evenings in order to have Dad’s Memorial Headstone designed, completed, and installed in less than a week! You may like to know that we had rung two other companies that Saturday morning before ringing you, and both of them told us (without even knowing what sort of Headstone we wanted!!) that they could not have anything installed in less than 6-8 weeks – that you managed to have it completed and installed in only 5 days was simply miraculous!!!! I am absolutely delighted with my brother’s plaque, and grateful for the patient way in which you grasped the concept I was trying to describe, and your input into the both the materials and the design.  The finished product is even better than I had envisaged.  Thanks too for the additional engraving added to my parent’s memorial, which is perfect.
