This was an amazing find that's not advertised. I was so pleased to chance upon Mount Tutu Eco-Sanctuary, which was a real gem. We got a wonderful welcome in this native bush sanctuary. We got to stay in a cosy whare. We were well feed with a huge breakfast. That evening Tim took us on a magical Glow Worm Tour where we saw thousands of Glow Worms up close as we wandered up a shallow creek wearing boots and head lamps supplied.  Awakening to the sound of native birds was very special and to see the Kereru in trees just outside our whare was awesome.  The Mount Tutu Sheep have to be seen to be believed with their huge horns.  You will love this place along with the bush walks and ancient trees.
