Terrible. The guy who I assume was the owner was so rude. I just wanted to get my clothes dried. Upon entering, I was about to put my basket on the table, and he told me rudely not to put it there (the table had no signage so how was I supposed to know). Then he just said "fill that out!", and because it was my first time doing this, I asked him a few questions and dealt with me in the most condescending way. Then when paying, I wanted to pay $5 in coins and the rest on my card, and he said "no I'll put it all on your card", I said "no I want to pay with he coins and the rest on the card", he then said "okay" and took $3 in coins and said "I'll charge $5 to the card - I'm a laundromat and not a bank. At this point I was over his rudeness and attitude. I just said "leave it, I'll just go", and took my card back. I don't know if it was because of my age (19) he thought he could be rude and condescending. I do not recommend you go here if you want anything over average service. I ended up going to he laundromat in northcote behind the countdown. The owners are the loveliest people, and the service was top notch!

Handy website- look it up for what you need to bring and do. Friendly helpful staff! Can leave a bag of laundry for them to help set up and pick up later smelling nice. Bit hidden, find Civic on the main road and behind there- parking available too
