Nails of Parnell

This is the cutest little salon! It’s in the heart of Parnell village and the manicure and pedicure stations are in two different buildings. The woman who runs the place is really sweet and does a really good job. Plus all the lotions and soaps she uses smell delicious. If nothing else, just go there for the adorable little Victorian building and the lovely atmosphere. You can finish off your luxurious afternoon with tea and a sweet treat at one of Parnell’s many great cafés.

I went here for a hot stone mani / pedi over the weekend.  I never seen anyone who does hot stone mani/pedi before... so thought will try it!  Well, it was definately worth visiting.  The lady who did my nails owns the shop and she was lovely.  She said she came up with the idea of hot stone mani / pedi herself and a lot of people loved it so she is continuing with the service.  She took a lot of time and care while doing my nails and it was great.  The place is a bit pricy... but is worth it every now and then :)

Very friendly service and great experience. I had a Gelish manicure over lunchtime and it was really relaxing and the result is gorgeous. Great little shop and Tracey is super friendly. Website is also very helpful!

If you're looking for a professional salon that does the best manicure/pedicures around, with a smile and friendly service, look no further. I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Nails of Parnell on a late Tuesday afternoon and dealt with Lena. She was an absolute delight; friendly, bubbly, and an extremely talented beautician. She had fantastic attention to detail and we had a delightful long conversation. The place is stunning; hidden off the main road, it's almost like you are miles away from suburbia, but still in the city. I noticed that Nails of Parnell had a vision plaque on the wall which said that their goal was to be the Number 1 Nail Salon in Auckland. Well done Nails of Parnell, you certainly impressed me.
