New World Botany

I loved the atmosphere here last week Thursday. It was vibrant and lively with the live music playing in the store and demonstrators offering samples. #plantae

The range is great, even though it's not a huge supermarket. They manage to stock the essentials- the cheap budget brands and the top quality brands to cater to everyone. The prices are also reasonable, and they pack your items for you too, or you can opt for self check out. 

Despite being followed by Security throughout the whole store (They are quite obvious with their bluetooth earpieces on) I was amazed at the presentation and prices in this store. I came to buy a lot of morning tea supplies so maybe thats why they were watching? Buying loads of chocolate biscuits and lollies might look a bit dodgy...  Either way the checkout staff are very friendly - I had a young fella and he did his best to make conversation... Love that they have a separate packer - makes the shopping a hell of a lot faster!

Love this store, always immaculate, ask a question, nothing's a problem Couldn't find something I wanted today & the person stacking some shelves located it for me. Everything is displayed in a way that it looks inviting & they had black ballons decorating the store for the All Blacks. Keep up your great image!

With the cost of living what it is today every cent you can save counts. Last weekend trotted off to do my grocery shopping determined to reach the magical figure which would give 25 cents off my gas.  Miscalculated my shopping and was $10 short.  Checkout Assistant was really helpful and encouraged me to rush off to the wine aisle and grab a bottle to make up the short fall. Caused chaos by doing this but the Operator maintained her calm  manner and displayed a high level of customer service at all times despite the disgruntled looks of the customers behind me in the queue.
