This is a great service and well located on the main road of Takapuna with, parking I believe (?) available. Easy to spot. Lovely staff members- they make it very easy. And they give you biscuits and drink after! A really cool donation list inside about who has done 50 years etc or 50 donations. It's very impressive. Highly recommend this one. No issues at all!

    The blood service staff at Takapuna are really kind and encouraging. They make the whole process really easy and they keep checking on you to make sure that you are comfortable.  Even when I threw up, they continued to smile and help me lie down. They also have plenty of food and drink available which I have happily helped myself to in the past. I would rate them 5 stars but the needles minus half a star :) But all around a great service that allows you to save someone's life- you can't beat that.
