Nol Bu Ne is my favourite Korean restaurant I have found thus far. The sizzling pork is so perfect my boyfriend and I fight over who gets to have it in front of them. The chicken is great too. Next time, the beef! Adore the sweet potato side too, wish I could order, like, seven plates of them. And it is dead cheap! Amazing value for Korean in the CBD.
Of all the many fantastic and authentic Korean eateries in central Auckland, Nol Bu Ne stands out as one of the best. When my boyfriend and I feel like Korean, it's off to "the red roof" we go for moreish bibimbap, sizzling hot plates of spicy pork and bulgogi, and kimchi fried rice. The portions are generous and service is prompt and friendly. There's a chiller full of Korean ice blocks and ice creams which are a perfect sweet end to your meal - my favourite is the classic Melona!
A friend suggested this as a good dinner place for new years eve in the cbd, a bit hidden from the main road but after stairs- great restaurant. Lovely decor. Food came out at a good time, was yum. A lot of options to choose from. My friend loves this restaurant and always suggests it when going out for dinner
