"Stella Maris Catholic Primary School recently underwent a Water Safety and Swim School programme with Northern Arena.
We found the organization of this whole school programme, which involved 350 children, extremely well managed. The staff expertly catered for the learning needs of our year 0-1’s and special needs children to our club swimmers and Year 7-8’s.
All students were challenged and progressed remarkably in their swimming skills and water safety knowledge over their daily lessons.
We found the children became better decision makers about their behaviour in and around water as they grew in confidence with the safety challenges they were expertly guided through.
We have already booked our school in for a repeat of this programme next year.
