Rain was pouring outside and it was lovely to be greeted by a huge smile when I fell into Nutmeg. I only realised it was organic, once I was ensconced in the cafe. We had two hot chocolates, which were delicious along with sweet treats from the cabinet. My son had a chocolate brownie, which was perfect as not too sweet and not too rich and I had the fudge (diet tomorrow). It was the perfect fayre for a rainy day. I'll definitely be going back for more and was enchanted with the marshmallows!

    Pro: Organic food, yummy, good service Con: Nice staff but could have been a bit more attentive So good to have another nice organic option in Auckland. Food was super yummy and service very nice - could have just been a little more attentive refilling water, or just put a bottle on the table. 

      There's just something so refreshing about Nutmeg. Not only is it named after one of my very favorite spices, but they have lovely dishes jam packed with good-for-you-goodness. Even their milk for the coffees is organic! I love that they take their products seriously and yet always greet you with a smile when you come in. This food is definitely made with love, and you can taste it! Also, parking is fairly easy!
