"Great customer service provided by your team at Omni Tech Albany branch, had my samsung galaxy note not working since i dropped it but staff there so friendly told me what could possibily happened to my phone after the drop, great knowledge and always kept me informed about the progress of the phone, finally i got my phone back within 3 days, highly recommended this company to everyone!"

      Absolutely great service- My phone was locked and I couldn't get it unlocked- It was Chohan I spoke with at the store and he was just great.. It only took him 1 hour to unlock the phone!         Last week I broke the top glass of my iPhone and had a miserable couple of days. My insurance company was happy to fix it but it would have taken a week.             Amazing service - bought my broken phone in on Friday and they rang on that same day to confirm conditions of repair and it was back to me by Sunday! Wow that is good service! The charge to replace a flex cable was very reasonable! Thanks a bunch! Phone working better than before the problem arose!
