I would recommend this vet with full heart . I've been to other vet's and they charge you arm & leg to do anything. I compared the price and it was about 500/- cheaper and they love animals. They also understand if you are honest about payment. let you bring it back the day you promised. Very friendly and understanding, love all animals. - Suba
Mangere (Bridge) Veterinary Clinic (0.5) 10 August 2015 These guys do not care about animals at all,we took our desperately ill cat there for treatment and they sent her home with a 36 degree temp did nothing to help or tell us how to keep our cat comfortable,no follow up appointment nothing,although the vet claims she did this and that but she is not being honest and our attempts to get answers have been met with dis honesty...anyway the cat died 1 day after visiting this vet ...also I left my cat there supposedly for an autopsy so we would know what happened to her and she has since gone missing?? When I asked the vet for her remains she said to me " the cat is in pieces ,you know autopsy ,the only way your getting your cat back is in ashes"???? The vet can't or won't tell me the name of the lab so I can retrieve my cat myself (I am beginning to think she was never sent there and they just discarded her)my only option is to go to the police and talk to them about getting my property back being the cats body in pieces or not and to make a complaint to the veterinary council.... I feel I am being punished for complaining about the useless vet,they are trying to claim a bowel obstruction when I went to the emergency vets sat afternoon the day before I went to this vet and they checked her bowel and there was nothing wrong!!!!So when we asked the vet to explain this she just kept trying to put words in our mouths and being over bearing to shut us up...NOT GOOD If you love your pets take them elsewhere, they are also involved with a charity that also has an unsavory rep so your choice ....I know I would not risk my pets twice at this clinic I regret going there at all and as they are both the same clinic I guess they are one in the same
I bought a cute domestic short hair kitten from this store and the owner also included desexing/vaccinations and free goodies like kitty litter, bag of food, litter bin, shampoo & a small toy but it wasn't part of the cost-she just decided to give it to me on that afternoon as she was about to close the store. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. I took the kitten back in for desexing 8 wks later and sure enough the store owner remembered me and booked it in the next day free of charge as she had originally promised. Great service and really nice staff!
