Ostend Market is a community market held every Saturday morning come rain or shine at the the Ostend War Memorial Hall.

With a range of stalls inside and out on the reserve, they sell everything from arts and crafts to fresh fruit and veg, bread, plants, homemade preserves, olive oil, organic skincare, jewellery, clothing and books.

They also have a couple of health practitioners onsite along with pony rides, a trampoline and an enthusiastic storyteller for the kids.

Pick up a unique locally made gift or tuck into a tasty meal from one of the many international food stalls.

Good on a saturday morning for fine treats

Theres nothing like a market on a sunny Saturday morning.  Well this market is bustling with lots of homely looking stalls and products. Well worth a look.

LOVE this market!

Difficult to park so come early or be prepared to walk. We had our dog but he couldn’t enter the market as he was big but tiny dogs were allowed inside. They have these beef kebabs that are ooooh yummy. N like hells pizza they have prawn horns too.

Great fresh crepes and other interesting market food. Locally grown vegetables. Plants at very reasonable prices. Secondhand books. Then a bunch of people selling their household items, some good, some rubbish. Great atmosphere and worth a wander.
