Owhata Bakery is a popular local bakery, famous for its delicious pies. Owner Mark Lam (older brother of multi-award winning pie maker Patrick Lam) is passionate about his pies and his tasty creations are packed to the brim with quality ingredients.
Frequently named amongst NZ's best pies at the Bakels New Zealand Supreme Pie Awards, treat yourself to a hearty steak and cheese or their famous bacon and egg pie, followed by a freshly made cake or slice.
You can also choose from a good selection of sandwiches and wraps if you feel like something a little healthier.
