Right across the road from the busier big thermal pool complex, Palm Springs has three hot pools, all of them outdoors.  The hottest one is so warm that even on a cold winter day, you need to hop out and sit on the steps after a while.  The place appears to be in the throes of renovation; the most private and smallest pool has been upgraded to a high standard.  I would certainly return here on a Friday evening for a dip and a drink.  The atmosphere is relaxed, Coast FM is on the radio, and when we were there, there were no crowds!

    This place is crazy cool. It's like travelling back in time! The vegetarian burger is the best, and lying in the hot water with a cool beverage from the bar is impossible to beat!! A+++++ from me!

      Palm Springs is a hidden gem. Thermal hot springs heat the massive pools to a beautifully warm temperature entirely dependent on the whims of the earth itself. The staff are friendly and they sell beer and fish and chips on site! Go there on a weeknight for a perfect respite from the working week.
