parking and sleeping auckland regional park barn paddock huia very close to auckland city

Having travelled a few thousand kilometers to Queenstown , Dunedin ,Cromwell , Arrowtown and back in the last week or so  this week end we are heading out to Huia in West Auckland . Huia is on the Northern coastline of the Manukua Harbour and on the Southern Boundary of the Waitakere Ranges .

This is a small charge location , there are toilets and water available so a self containment certificate is not required and this site apparently is suitable for large recreational vehicles . 

So keep in touch . A location like this would be good to stay at and practise for there great South Island roadie .
