I wish I could clearly understand where and at what time this event is to beheld .Is it going to start or what at these times is very unclear on the document and there is no address with the times .

Any way if you wish to save the Takapuna Beach Holiday Camp you have missed the date for registration to talk at the hearing .But in fact it is never too late in a democracy . it is now your chance to face book , social media , twitter or tweet your views .

parking and sleeping has 2,500 mainly Italian followers and has 7,000 to 8,000 visitors a month that is just the localist figures

the camp ground is going to play a major role during the Cricket World Cup just as it did during the Rugby World Cup

When the Museum at Devonport has free days and most days there is no entry fee the museum is crowded with people , but the problem is this increases the traffic on Lake Road and the harbour bridge .When things are free or when things rely on charity they generate traffic and un necessary movement .

I notice that the new canoing run , white water run is being built in South Auckland , because it will opn the door to 40,000 school children a year who would not be able to partake in such an elitist sport , this should be the reasoning behind the decision to place the sil training school where children from less well off families like the family I came from could particpate , one has to ask oneself do Olympic sailors only come from suburbs that have children already living near the beach in income areas and property values that mean they already go sailing any time .Often all summer .

Without this Motor camp there will be a new problem in Takapuna called Freedom camping , the problem that Takapuna experiences right now .The problem will belong to the Auckland City Council . But I suppose they could place it else where , but in my experience they open camping grounds during the rugby world cup for example then close them down afterwards they have no commitment

The proposed boat shed or sailing club will actually rely on grants form government and lotteries , money from poker machines , taking money from the problem gamblers .The many pubs in its locality will insure the funds from the machines because pub charities go hand in hand.

There are thousands of places in New Zealand where one can learn to sail Peter Blake said the more determined you are and the more mistakes you make will in itself will lead the determined to success .

The camping ground actually makes its own money  revenue and attracts over seas tourists for example as reflected in the conversation the Prime minister had in the White House with one of Mr Obamas running mates who did a tour of New zealand.

Takapuna as a shopping centre is no longer the favoured destination of shoppers , the shoppers flock to the Malls and shops further North and to deny this is to be lost in the past Takapuna is dead , please take note of the Spanish and Italian experience of masse over spending by local government  the railway connection in Auckland Central and the next harbour crossing and the next leaky home bill will certainly teach the people a lesson in economics.
