There are a number of fruit and vege shops along Hobsonville road, but this is one of the better ones. They are the first one you come to off the motorway. They carry a really good range of produce - including some organic, and it always seems to be nice and fresh. Check out their shelf at the back for some great deals on produce that need using quickly - we recently got a box for only $2 which contained plums (fine for making into compote), kumara, potatoes, carrots and more - they just needed using within a couple of days. The staff are friendly - but if you do buy the specials, you may want to point them out, as they have missed the price sticker a couple of times for us and charged us full price.

This place has a great reputation and is always packed for a reason. It is def one of the best fruit and vege shops around. The nz vine tomatoes are absolutely beautiful, massive range of local growers and authentic and the largest (and tastiest) nz garlic you will ever see! Service outstanding, after a big shop they help you to your car and load the boot. You also get free coffee next door after each purchase!! Absolutely fantastic business they got here! And as this continues…I will forever return!
