A small slice of France in Grey Lynn, Philippe's French Antiques & Interiors offers a wide selection of antiques ranging in date from the 1840s to 1970s. Owner, Philippe Gallais, opened the space in 2009 and returns to his native home of Burgundy, France each year to select pieces for the store.

This place has all the cool French chic you can handle!

    The owner is French and goes on regular buying trips back to France. Not cheap but some cool items

      I love anything French and antiques especially.  My father was a antique dealer (as a hobby) and I learned a lot from him.  I inherited some lovely pieces. This shop is worth a trip to Grey Lynn to see if you like me love french antiquities.  Its full of gorgoeus old pieces of furniture and some unique bits & bobs. I wish I could afford all of them but alas ......

        Amazing range of cool antique furniture and odds and ends from France. From tables to lamps to butcher's blocks there are heaps of amazing things. He also has a flight simulator somewhere and is a funny dude.
