Terrible. Took an item in to be altered on a Wednesday, she said it would be ready the following Wednesday (7 days, which I thought was quite long). Arrived late THURSDAY afternoon the following week, only to be told by her that she hadn't started them, she was too busy. No phone call, nothing. Took item to be altered elsewhere and will not be back. Dreadful service and communication. Do not use this business, there are plenty of others, Twin Needles on Kitchener Road and another in Mairangi Bay

    We did patient gowns for our wellness practice with Pintin. Larisa added a little detail to make them look interesting. She listened to our brief  and delivered over and above. We are  very happy indeed.

      The dress fits me perfectly after alteration. Larisa is very experienced and the prices are reasonable.
