We met Matt and it was love at first sight. We were a totally new Business and had no idea at all what we were doing and Matt not only helped us with insurance but guided me through our first year with some solid advice. The whole team is great at following up and even chasing us down to ensure we are organised and up to date. + Matt is also a good good dude..
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Plus 4. All the staff we dealt with were professional, polite and very helpful. Matt made sure he put all of the available insurance options in front of us and explained each one thoroughly. Matt is great to deal with.There is no high pressure sales pitch, he explains the polices and gives reasons why he recommends them. He worked with our budget to find mortgage protection, health and life policies that suited us. I made a claim last year against my mortgage protection insurance, Matt came around straight away to go through the accident and fill out the necessary paperwork in order to make a claim.
We have found Matt has really gone over and above what we first thought we had signed up for he has spent his own time working on a resolution for us and got it! Matt, and his staff at Plus4 have provided me with a very valuable service. When I first met Matt he was very detailed and clear with the options available to me.
