Nothing beats a good foodcourt for a meal on the cheap and the Ponsonby one is jam packed full of everything you could possibly want to choose between. The Indian and Thai food are my current go-to spots in here, but I think at this point I’ve tried pretty much everything and there’s no such thing as a bad choice.

Whenever we don't know what to have for dinner the natural choice is the food hall. It's not your average food court (they serve beer and wine you guys). The food hall has a large selection of good food including, Malaysian, Thai, Italian and Vietnamese - and its pretty reasonably priced. While its generally always busy, you can usually find a seat and there never a long wait for your food. I'm a sucker for the Malaysian laska and chicken salad - always winners!

Fabulous family cheap eats.

This place is like a mall food court except not horrible, or dominated by Maccas. There is insane selection on offer, everything from Thai to Vietnamese to Balinese and all the rest, so you're sure to eb able to find something to tickle your fancy.

Love the Ponsonby Foodcourt! Great selection and yummy food

the diverse people eating there and the cultural diversity of the food and its affortable

You cannot be cute at Ponsonby International Food Court. You just can’t. Whether you’re chowing down on ramen noodles or demolishing a pad thai, you’re guaranteed to get sauce on your face, coriander in your teeth, and yes, you will start heaving from an overzealous chilli courtesy of the friendly Malaysian. And let’s be honest, no one orders a curry and stays cute throughout a date night and gets away with it. This is why the food-court can be declared a Valentines Day free zone. Come Saturday afternoon and you’re starving from dodging the all-day couple brunches at local cafes, head to the food court for some seriously good kai and a breath of valentines-day-free-air.

Always good for lunch. Most places are quite slow though. I would go for sushi if in a rush. Kebab place standard not bad, same goes for the indian. Thai is good. Havent tried the italian

Great selection of cheap eat in the heart of ponsonby

Great casual as dining, great for kids, can get very busy but food still comes fast. I can't help but always get Pad Thai noodles from Ruk Thai, perfection!
