Our shop in 424 Khyber Pass Road, we cover 1 hour free parking at Rialto Carpark in 9-13 Kent Street

    Rialto often shows films, both old and new, that you might not get the opportunity to see at other theatres. I recently went to see Casablanca, which was amazing on the big screen. It’s definitely worth keeping an eye on their website for what’s coming up.

      I love the selection of films they show at Rialto. If you are into arthouse and world cinema, you can pretty much go see any film at Rialto and see something good! It is a cute cinema, a bit poky and cosy, but with character! Best movie selection in Auckland I’d say!

        Some great foreign movies here- as sceptical I was, I am now hooked.

          Rialto is always a get place to catch a flick on a rainy day.

            Really enjoy watching films here. I can take in a glass of wine and enjoy the show ;)

              My first choice for a little movie indulgence

                We love trips to the Rialto cinema complex in Newmarket, where the selection of films is always impeccable and the snacks top notch. It is the perfect place to spend a rainy winter weekend in particular, tub of Kapiti ice cream and glass of pinot noir in hand.

                  Rialto in Newmarket is my cinema of choice in Auckland. I love how they have films from festivals as well as more mainstream movies, so nice to have the option to decide on the day if you want intellectual stimulation or a trashy rom com. Also they have delicious scooped icecream from Kapiti and wine and beer that you can take in to the theatre to enjoy while watching the movie. 

                    If you're looking for a decadent way to pass a rainy afternoon, holing up at Rialto Cinemas in Newmarket with a glass of wine and a cheeseboard is a pretty good start. Real comfy - and the food's quality. Way better than spending $10 on a box of thermo-nuclear popcorn!
