Sal's Authentic New York Pizza Commerce Street

If you ever wanted to know what it's like to have a New York pizza then this is the place for you! Don't be deceived by the price, these pizzas are MASSIVE! We ordered these the other week for work, and boy did they fill the gap, and then some!

This place has a very laid back attitude, combinded with friendly service, that makes Sal's a pleasure to dine at. Auckland has a lot of options for pizza, but unlike most Sal's keeps it simple and focuses on delicious flavours on a thin crispy base. You can go wrong with their cheese or meatball flavours. Yum!

The pizza's here are so scrummy. You just want to eat eat eat!!! They have pizza's that are so large, great for corporate drink nights! Well priced, even if they weren't you'd pay for it cause it's just so yummy!! Head on down and try it!

The pizza was great and a good price too. The garlic twirls were absolutely amazing! and at 3 for a few dollars was really great value. It came out in a really short time and was steaming hot. We weren't sure what to eat tonight and we are sure glad we decided to eat at Sals. I never knew it was tucked away though in a side street.  I would definitely come back to this Sals Pizza in the future :)

Sal's is the first pizza parlour I can safely say makes true New York style pizzas. Everywhere else is just a cheap imitation... pricey, but really, not that pricey given what you get. They even have parmesan in the shakers like in a true American pizza shop. The real deal!
