Products and specialities

The standard Sims Saws product range includes a majority of the following catalogue items; covering all of your tooling and brand needs. Specialised sawblades and cutters can be manufactured to meet your specific requirements and on demand, especially when standard tooling is not available.

We use either Tungsten, High-Speed Steel and Tantung in our saw manufacturing. We can order in Diamond Tooling, made to your specifications and sourced from Guhdo in Germany. We’re routinely requested to produce tooling for Profile Knives, CNC Routers, Solid Profile Heads & Tungsten sawblades for the Woodworking and Aluminum trades. Plus, we also manufacture for Engineering, Plastic, Packaging and Food trade industries which allows us to flex our production muscle and get creative while utilising our experience and expertise.
