Great place to kick back and enjoy a bevie or two

    Smash Palace takes the new Christchurch random aesthetic and makes it comfortable and cool. A bus serving as a bar in a formerly empty lot? Hey, why not. Re-appropriated doors acting as tables, outdoor heating, motorbike workshop and an on-site greasy spoon give the site a sense of permanence. Craft beers and the strands of multi-coloured lights fanning out from the roof of the bus indicate good times. Great tunes, great location.
