Exceptional customer service from all involved.Can absolutely recommend the optician Karthigan Paramas he was kind,patient and thourough with his exam.Glasses were very well priced and there was no pressure to add fancy extras to the script.Very well looked after.Looking forward to seeing my mum in her new glasses!

We went here to gets specs for my wife since those were damaged. They first took a comprehensive eye test of hers. Once done, then they took her measurements , selected her frame and out we were. After 2-3 days we came and collected the glasses. They fit perfectly well and the service too was great. definitely recommended for specs.

The staff were fantasic and looked after me and answered all my questions.
