Went there one Friday night. It was a bit on the quiet side, but so was the whole of Parnell. Strange times! The food was excellent and so was the service. A bit on the pricey side, but then, it's French cuisine. Have to think up a special occasion to warrant going back there soon. Might have to reschedule my birthday from June to March. Et voilà, special occasion!

I went here for a work dinner this week and was really impressed by the service - the staff were helpful, courteous and efficient.  The food was delicious, and everyone in our party (of about 30 people) was satisfied with their food.  I can't wait to visit here again.

My husband and I went here for our wedding anniversary. Restaurant was busy which is a good sign. We shared l'escargot to start which were absolutely delicious and well- presented. Husband had the BBQ fish, and I had the pork medalions which came in an amazing Chablis cream sauce. Very authentic.

The 25% off deal if you are out before 8 certainly makes it more enticing to eat at St Tropez, which is why we tried it out a month or so ago. Upon entry we were quickly and politely seated and by the waiting staff and it was good to see a nice and concise menu that can most definately be described as French. Started off with an entry of snails and cheesy garlic bread and I can definately say the snails were just as good as ones I have tried in France. What most impressed me was the main of duck confit with haricot beans. The meat was deliciously tender and sweet and the accompaniment of haricot means in what was a fantastic creamy cheese sauce was perfect. Finished up with a rich chocolate fondant which topped the meal off nicely. Would happily dine there again.

If you are in Parnell for lunch on a Friday head to St Tropez for the Steak Frites special. You get a perfectly cooked steak (I like mine rare and they haven’t overcooked it yet) a haystack of shoestrings and a glass of wine for one reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Been to a few birthday dinners here. It's a great place if you want to try some signature French dishes like Foie Gras or Garlic Snails. Both of which are done excellently at St Tropez. Their dishes are extremely rich in flavour and taste, so maybe schedule a long run before your meal to minimise your guilt.
