Located in Sumner Village, the Fresh Produce Market was established in 2014 by social enterprise group Garden City 2.0. Aiming to support local business and bring fresh, organic produce to the community, there is a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability, with much of the market space created out of recycled materials on a site formerly housing the Almeidas Tapas Bar.

Visitors to the market get the opportunity to buy fresh, organic and affordable fruit and vegetables direct from the growers.
