This is the best place to go to after your beach walk. The ice cream here is delicious and the atmosphere is always lively. I always like to grab an ice cream and sit on the decking outside, admiring the beach and Rangitoto views.

    Make sure to book ahead - this cafe is popular and for good reasons too!! Loved the professional friendly service, devine coffee and scrumptious food too. HUGE 10 OUT OF 10!!

        Right by the beach, amazing food, great coffee and you can have an ice cream and a stroll along the beach afterwards. Perfect.

          Delish range of icecreams and sorbets after a day at the beach or a naughty treat after a walk!

              Choose icecream flavours like liquorice, and lemon and curd, and take your lick around for a walk north of the beach, following a coastline of lavaflows and hidden small white sand beaches.

                Beautiful view and great coffee. I also love getting a Gelato here in summer and then taking a wander along the beach. Not much can top that!

                  The gelato flavours at Takapuna Beach Cafe are so good you will definitely want to have more than one. It is rich and creamy and there is sorbet for those who want something less creamy but just as delicious. Flavours run the gamut from peanut slab, salted caramel, vanilla bean to seasonal fruits.

                    On a sunny day there aren’t many that can top this place, located right on the beach front with the view of windsurfers and jetskis topped off with friendly staff and delicious cafe food and drink, this place is like a little piece of summer that never leaves!
