    Never disappointed here, even having to wait was fun with the buzzing lobsters! Need to go again soon...

      The best spot to finish a walk along Takapuna beach. Everyone's looked after, with a fantastic menu and delicious gelato for humans and 3 dedicated water bowls outside at different heights for furry friends of all shapes and sizes.

          This place looks fantastic. We came out on a suuuper rainy day and thought it it wouldn't be busy because it's too wet to go out. I was wrong, the place was packed and I was glad we got a spot!    Don't go home with out having a salted caramel milkshake made from their own gelato. Amazing. I had the beans and lentils chilli which was a generous portion and good but I wouldn't go back for it. Next time I'll go for the lamb brains, yummy!

            This beach beauty is ALWAYS packed with people! Tried the salted caramel, marshmallow, choc ice cream design delight and it was really good. Different flavors were definitely having a party in your mouth. A bit on the pricy side but a little treat is every now and then doesn’t hurt. You’re worth it, as Loréal says! :)

              I love Takapuna Beach cafe - it is always busy but worth the wait. Great food and atmosphere! I'd drive across Auckland to have breakfast here

                Nothing like some bacon, eggs and mushrooms followed by a dip at Takapuna Beach to cure that never ending hangover.

                  Im a bit of a regular at this place, but I am still wowed every time I come. The food speaks for itself, the added bonuses are fantastic staff and a beautiful view to Rangitoto 

                    This cafe never fails to impress. If you want just a coffee or light lunch, this is the place. Though remember portion sizes are on the small size so don't expect to leave with a full stomach.
