            One of the healthiest ways to refuel on a busy day is with a fresh juice rather than another coffee, and when I am spending time in the city I always drop into one of the Tank Juice Bars for an energy top up. They have a great menu to choose from or you can create a cocktail of fruits and veges all your own, and they also offer decent sandwiches and rolls to go. A better choice than fried every time!

              If you love any form of berries, then you have to try the All Berry Tank or the Strawberry Lush from Tank Juice. Its truly so refreshing and tastes so good. Even on a cold winter afternoon, having a healthy smoothie drink from Tank juice will satisfy your thirst.

                Tank Juice is of my favourite places each time, I feel thirsty or want a light beverage. I love the smoothies and fresh fruit juices as they are prepared fresh when you place an order. Almost all items on the menu have some health benefits, which encourages me to try a new drink each time I am at Tank Juice. I love almost all smoothies from the antioxidant and berry smoothie ranges.

                  I love the smoothies at Tank Juice, as they make it right in front of you, its very fresh tasting. Its such a healthy choice and most of the drinks are rich in anti-oxidants. My favourite is the All Berry Tank and its taste is so delicious, refreshing and cooling.
