Came here with a friend for dinner using a one-day deal voucher for their spanish tapas. Great food and nice sangria. Was a bit confused where to find the awesome place because it just said upper Vulcan lane but if you keep walking up, it's easy to find. Good service- recommendations and waiting. Lots of things to choose from. Nice atmosphere. Would recommend!
A great little spot at the top of Vulcan Lane off Queens Street .Look for the stone tiled lane with the trees in the middle . Tasca is right at the top of the lane .Serving a traditional kiwi breakfast and dinner menu with a kiwi and Eurpean mix . Plus pizzas which are my favourite on the menus .Tapas for those who wanna be different and coffee made by people who are trained by the best . Parking aand sleeping staff recommend Tasca in Vulcan Lane to over seas visitors who wanna see something different and not jus the normal coffee lounge seen world wide , Tasca is a family run business .

Great review :)
in the early shift week days till 2pm so what else do I need to say . After our long roadie investigating sites through out the South Island .The staff of parking and sleeping will be at Tasca for lunch coffee and life this Monday at 1.00pm and will be glad to get back to our favourite little cafe . Then off to the Arthur Ave Cafe 462 New North Road for Music on Tuesday night . Good one Tasca Vulcan Lane we have been customers for 12 years .
