On the whole telecommunication businesses get a bad name but since setting up an office with Telstra Clear, I have found them to be surprisingly easy to deal with, with a good level of customer service. Whilst there were a couple of hiccups along the journey (hence 4 stars, not 5), I've been impressed with the swiftness that things have been dealt with, and that everyone seems to be accountable for their own roles.
