Got stoned with Daryl and played video games there back in '95 or '96. They had a lot of video games. Got Dad to pick me up but didn't bring Daryl with. Bowled there with Father and his girlfriend at '96. Her hands and wrists were so weak she couldn't hold the ball. Another time in '96 I played with a maths group from school. The teacher took is on a trip there. I was about to beat everyone when Alan McKay got three strikes in a row. Lucky guy just happened to turn pro at the right time. I beat him at air hockey though. Got that puck airborne to hit his knuckles.
I look after a couple of kids and every school holiday this is where they want to spend their time! Such a good deal at $5 a game and $5 for the time out machines can go along way with them. They love collecting vouchers and spend ages choosing their prizes! Much cheaper than taking them to the movies on a rainy day. I thought the staff were pretty good too.
We had a work fun evening here and I must say the service was pretty awful! The girl who served us had a real attitude and seemed unimpressed by the fact we were there. They didn’t have enough lanes free and were in the process of closing, the place just seemed messy! We had fun bowling but the facility and service really wasn’t like is should be! They should have not been open if they couldn’t fathom the energy to serve a customer. Toilets were very messy and dirty, almost like a public toilet! One unimpressed customer
i went to ten pin bowling last weekend and what a great experience. i went with a few mates, guys and girls alike and we loved it, it was a little cheesy with the 80's classics and disco ball tunes but it was the sorta thing we're into. a great atmosphere and the whole group enjoyed their time. 2 games for $17 i think? nice and affordable for a great hour and a bits entertainment.
