Staff is very friendly and they got heaps of good clothes for my baby.

    Huge shop, lot of products to choose from.

      Situated just near the playground at Sylvia Park, The Baby Factory has a really good selection of pretty much everything you need for babies and toddlers.  They have good sales too so worth keeping an eye out if there is something large and expensive you need.

        I've shopped over here 1 month back for some clothes for kids. They had a large variety available for selection, the standard of the clothes was really good, i mean the material quality was great. Also the prices are not too much and they generally have sales on. Also the service is really great and if you ever have a question, the ladies at the counter will always help you out.

          This baby factory is huge. considering it is in a mall it is surprising how much space they have. It is easy to maneuver a pram around and there is a lot to look at and consider. The staff make it easy, being able to lay-buy items makes it easy when preparing for a baby. The staff here are so helpfully and friendly. When looking at a double push chair the staff here were so helpful and offered advice on payment options and push chair options so we could ensure we were making the right choice and we were very happy with what we ended up with.

            The clothes are good, they wash well and have affordable sales. The down side is the staff are lacking knowlege and care. I have asked advice on the products and got told the quality is reflected in the price and that was all the info avalible. Large store got range of products.
