All the essentials covered at this store and often with great discounts! Great customer service and sound advise which I really appreciate being a first time mother!

    Lovely store, great to have some friendly help while shopping.

      When ever we are in need of a baby product here is the first place we normally try! We were in search of some children’s gloves and after searching high and low at Albany mall we tried the baby factory with success! Everywhere else seemed to only have mittens which was a huge bummer! The staff are helpful and informative, it is just a great store.

        The staff in Takapuna are awesome!  What started with just me and the wife popping in to scope out prices when we were pregnant, turned into the staff recognizing us so when the wife finally popped and we went back, the staff greeted us like friends!  Great store, great sales especially but super friendly staff!

          The staff at this branch of the Baby Factory are just so helpful. On the one occasion I have had to return something they dealt with it promptly and with a smile.
