Morning-Star Maeve Smith is the driving force behind The Cottage Retreat, a holistic health and wellbeing centre based in New Plymouth’s Upper Vogeltown.

The aim of Maeve’s retreat business is to help customers become the best that they can be.

She offers everything from theraputic massage, reflexology and body scrubs to intuitive healing, reiki and cupping (see photo above).

The Cottage Retreat also sells oils and aromatherapy products for pampering and has a garden where you can pick your own healing plants.
