The Establishment is located on the corner of Courtenay Place and Blair Street and is one of the largest entertainment venues in Wellington city. Set right on the Wellington nightlife strip, The Establishment tends to go off over the weekend, with people queueing at doors, hanging over the deck on the second level - this is one of the few bars in Wellington that still hosts a 24hr bar licence.

          Was wandering after the Films Award night at Festival for the Future and felt like dessert- found the menu outside this bar/ restaurant and was sold by the cheesecake, the other girls got the choc cake which was equally delicious. Decent service, average speed coming out but worth the wait- so delicious. Could have been shared- so rich and creamy. Great choice! And brilliant way to end the night.
