Green Valley Mine Incorporated is a development-stage mining exploration company. The Company's primary business activity is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company is focused on the development of mineral resource properties in British Columbia. The Company owns the Wood Claims property. The Company holds interest in the Wood Group of mineral claims, consisting of approximately 6,510 hectares located in the Kamloops Mining Division of British Columbia. The Company has completed approximately three diamond drill holes on the property. The Company also completed the compilation and interpretation of the exploration work on the Paragon Zone, which is located within the southwestern part of the Wood Property, which occurs in close proximity and to the southwest of the historic Afton Mine. Its mineral properties are located in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The Company has no revenues.
