The Good Guys - Botany Downs

There's an empty feeling in this store, despite the huge space and wide range of products. Maybe it's the layout, or seems there aren't enough sales assistants compared to the space inside the store. Prices here are reasonable although customer service is great, as the assistants are helpful.

I pride myself as bit of a sales person but the team at the Good Guys get my vote for a sales team to rave about.  We recently needed to purchase a new microwave and being a bit of a bargain hunter, had shopped around until I found a good deal.  Went with an offer from The Good Guys at Botany, off hubby and I trotted to pick up the chosen microwave where we met with the sales guy, who I still can't work out how, up sold me to a package that included additional warranty.  That takes selling skill.
