Ti Kouka Cafe was started by siblings Jesse and Shepherd in 2010. The brothers believe in sourcing where possible sustainable and organic produce that is locally produced.

Any suffering from tummy troubles must check out the cafe's separate low fobmap menu. Foods high in fobmaps are some of the usual suspects with other diet complaints such as bread, pasta and milk products. More surprising many vegetables and fruits, with their naturally occurring sugars, are also high in fobmaps. The brothers believe that their cafe is the only low fobmap menu available in Wellington.

The Ti Kouka platter here is absolutely delicious - 3 different types of pate, delicious Leed St Bakery bread and yummy chorizo.

A fantastic lunch spot, with some of the best food you’re likely to come across in the CBD at that time. Killer spot, great food, great service and again a good atmosphere for you to go and relax and utilise the wifi available!

Always a tough choice which of the many delicious options to choose at Ti Kouka. They use fantastic fresh ingredients, really care about healthy choices and the planet, and they're wonderful for gluten free. #MORtreat

Forget about burger choice, think about burger quality when you walk through Ti Kouka’s doors. We’re talking a ‘sticky’ beef burger in the form of braised beef brisket, red cabbage, bbq sauce and beetroot puree, or the haloumi burger with rocket pesto, mayo, bbq sauce, gherkin and beetroot puree. These two items of gourmet grub are just a couple of reasons why they win awards for crafting the humble burger.

The Service is fantastic people are so friendly and the food is always out of this world

Newer on the scene but rapidly rising to firm favorite status - Chef Shep Elliot produces delicious, restaurant quality meals at cafe prices and in a relaxed, friendly setting. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Love it.

Ti Kouka is located in central Willis Street, upstairs almost above New World Metro, but its corporate location belies a succinct but wonderful menu. The huge hand-cut fries are served with a trio of house-made sauces, and are big enough for sharing. Don’t be scared to order them for breakfast.

Triple cooked hot chips. Yes, triple cooked. I have no idea how they actually do that, but yes, it tastes as good as it sounds!

Smash out one of the great haloumi burgers - starring beetroot, avocado and rocket, it’s a bit gourmet and 100 per cent tasty. Also serving up locally roasted Flight Coffee!

Warm White Polenta Porridge with roasted rhubarb, cinnamon, golden syrup & palm sugar!!! I’m holding off on repeating the name of this dish here, so I’m gonna add in some more !!!’s to emphasize my excitement. This is a fantastic breakfast dish. Tasty, healthy and filling without being heavy. It’s only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Ti Kouka Cafe menu as well!
