I don't have the best memory but I can remember visiting the wonderful Tip Top factory during my primary school years. It was a great, informative tour about how to make ice-cream (the whole process); got to see the staff in action and the machines they use. It was a lot of fun (seeing behind the scenes) and at the end, the ice-cream treat. Would really love to go again now, when I'm a bit older and will actually fully understand what they mean by pasteurisation!
