If you do, drop by and see Sally and team - so friendly and knowledgeable. Sally has organised lots of trip for us over the years we have never been disappointed with the level of service.

    We have used Sally and her team at United Travel for a few years now and have never been disappointed with the service. I think the true test of customer service comes in a crisis which is what we had at Easter (2012) when our family of 13 had booked a holiday to Fiji. But then came the rain the weekend before we were supposed to fly, and then panic. We were supposed to fly out on Thursday and Marlene (with a little help from the team I am sure) rearranged the whole holiday within 24 hours of opening on the Monday - no mean feat given we were supposed to fly in 4 days and it was peak season. Our family had a great holiday in Australia and avoided any disappointments!
