Im 89 years young, and have been attending strength and fitness sessions with Jennie for about 8 weeks now, I now feel I am able to do things I couldn't do before, it has made a big difference to me physically and mentally, I am enjoying the sessions and recommend it to people In my age group. I think strengthening the bones is really important to prevent fractures. I am sleeping so much better and feel the liveliest I have for years. People my age may think they're beyond this but In my opinion It is hugely beneficial to maintain a better quality of life!

I had suffered from a sciatic injury, crippled for months and after just a few sessions of strength training with Jennie at Velca, am so thrilled to be finally healed - no more pain, no more stiffness. Strengthening the leg muscles and stretches made a huge difference. Increased upper body strength means normal activities, like carrying heavy articles, are so much easier and I have heaps more energy. Thanks to the friendly and professional team at Velca, I feel energised and I can move with great ease through my daily tasks!  I'm a true believer in chiropractic adjustments.
