I love Vevo for many a many reasons. The staff are lovely, the coffee is on point and the smashed avocado has become a personal weakness. I think it’s the chilli flakes that do it for me. I love coming here for a late brunch with my ma and just relaxing to the buzz of locals catching up. It’s a sweet little nook that’s easy to miss, but worth checking out.

    When you have to travel 40 minutes on a winding road to get your breakfast fix, you know the establishment is one of the best in town. Vevo Foodstore lies in the heart of the native bush haven of Titirangi Village and does the best healthy breakfast dishes in the West. Whenever I need an energy pick-me-up, I'll stop in for a feed of their delicious muesli creations that are full of ingredients known for packing a nutritional punch, such as raw cacao, goji, millet, buckwheat and fruit. They also do beautiful versions of chia seed puddings and incredible smoothie bowls with edible flowers on top.
