Viet Sandwich - Elliott Street

Following the success of their stall at the Glenfield Night Market and recently opened food cart outside Auckland's AUT University, close friends Tuan Trna and An Nguyen who are originally from Vietman have now set up at a new location on Elliott Street.

Opened in September 2015, you can enjoy their traditional Banh mi sandwiches with a choice of seven different meats served in a freshly baked baguette from a local Vietnamese bakery.

Smothered in a delicious sauce and topped with fresh salad, favourite options include beef stew, BBQ pork, lemongrass chicken and meatballs.

You can also enjoy some tasty noodle salads along with hot or iced coffees.
